accept payment by all the major credit and debit cards. We
do not debit your card until the order has been confirmed
and processed.

you may pay by cheque or postal order using the printable
on line order form or order via our telephone customer care
line where your credit card details and order will be taken
by a customer service representative.

our prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
On
receipt of your order you will receive confirmation e-mail.
We will also email you or contact you by telephone if there
is to be a delay in fulfilling your order to agree a new delivery
date or cancel the order if you should wish to do so. Payment
for items on back order will not be taken until the item is
in stock.

customers are required to provide a valid and current email
address.

aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days. All orders
are despatched by Royal Mail Standard Delivery. A small charge
of £1 is payable. FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

Back Guarantee
In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with your
purchase we are happy to refund or exchange the item providing
it is returned within 7 days starting from the day after you
receive it. The item must be in its original packaging, unworn
and in the condition sent.
For
your protection to ensure the safe return of the goods please
ensure that it is returned to us properly packaged by Royal
Mail Special Delivery. The cost of the return posting and
packaging will be your responsibility.
